Great post on the iPhone article. I do not own an iPhone...yet. I didn't originally buy into the iPhone-hype. Lately however, I have been more and more interested in picking one up. What I like most about Apple in general is that they do focus on the average user. The tools that are available on the iPhone are so useful due to the fact that they aren't simply "cool tools." They are tools that are useful on a daily basis. Most of the mobile tools that I found to be most useful are offered for the iPhone and not for my phone. It was nice to read an article on the iPhone that didn't deal with reasons why or why not the iPhone is worth buying.

As the amount of information grows each day, it is nice to have tools that keep making it easier to access the info. I never thought I would use RSS feeds like I use them today. Now, my daily schedule is similar to the one you described. I'm not sure if they are catching on but they have for me. It seems like every site out there has an RSS feed you can subscribe to. I'm very selective of which informational sites I frequently visit. However, when I find a new one, it is nice to have it at my fingertips!

i think thw work load is to big . and the teachers dont explain the work properly. due to lack of interest in the school. the work doesnt seem to reach there ears. its like the tv side show when the students dont each enough they hear the words but it goes through there head then out agian. student these days dont lisen and shouldnt be in a school that others want to learn. the ones that show no interest and hate being there shouldnt be allowed to stay. the make it hard for the teachers to work. and submit work. due to students that dont want to learn cause bullying. to think this over send reply to thsi email of response.

it was good on what u said but. u have to give a view on the subjects given the home work. the teachers pile on home regards less of seee what each subject gives. students get about 5 projects a day from different subjects. the student get stress and is unable to work. the next day the students head isnt clear and makes mistakes. he then cant ask the teacher the apropriate answer or question on how to do work... send repsonse on what u think

You can't transformed the conformed due to civilizations hold on the mind and body. No one wants to be seen as different so being conformed is not different when all are conformed, what needs to be done is to create a benifit of being a nonconformist. What is the benifit of smaller courses?

Some great ideas! We teachers need to explore every new technology in order to democtratise our work and to get away from the leader/led syndrome which pervades much teaching. Granted the technology can be a barrier but if we keep exploring the new avenues as they arrive, we can overcome these!
